I was born and raised in the Yakima Valley and received my B.A. Degree from Washington State University. GO COUGS!
I began my real estate career in 2005, and I’m blessed to call this career still “my favorite fear”; I call it that because getting into this business was terrifying at the time, yet I soon discovered that some of the greatest joys were waiting on the other side. Being your own boss is essentially what real estate is. It was coming to terms with the fact that I was going to be the only person who would determine my work schedule, my potential earnings, and absorb all the expenses. So yes, …it was scary. What I found was how much I enjoyed being empowered to do just that and experiencing the freedom that goes along with it. In short-Living the Dream!
I genuinely enjoy meeting clients for the first time, getting to know them, their real estate wants/needs, guiding them on their home buying/selling journey, and celebrating the success of the close.
I love our area, the rich history, spirit of collaboration, and the folks I’ve met and worked with during my career. My current service area extends from the Yakima Valley to the Tri-Cities.
I am a woman of faith, and I love my family- I’m proud to be the youngest daughter of Eliseo and Rosa Juarez of Yakima. I am the youngest of seven children; raised in a “sports” family. Sports were always a big part of my family dynamic, and that extended into having several of us (myself included) coach in the Yakima Valley at one time. I have two brothers who are still coaching today. Additionally, I'm blessed to have an amazing husband, a beautiful daughter and stepson, and a furbaby-the loves of my life.
Love of sports may also be why I spent a good portion of my professional career in professional sports with the CBA Yakima Sun Kings-starting in sales and finishing as the General Manager-celebrating three CBA Championship seasons. I also spent time with the Yakima Valley Sports Commission involved in all sporting events in the Yakima Valley, including the 3-3 Hotshots tournament, the SunDome Volleyball Festival, and the Awards Luncheon. In addition, I’ve also worked for a non-profit in a large market, managing events, and contributing to the overall revenue development and strategic direction of the organization. All have allowed me to hone my skills in several areas, including effective communication, negotiation, contracts, and relationship building.
